No Windows to see out of, damp and Very thin walls

In general: We stayed in the room which has a Hot Tub (jacuzzi) but this didn't work and we don't believe it did before we got there. We were there a whole week but wouldn't stay or recommend this particular room for 1 day. We agreed with Federico to be refunded €110 for the difference between the hot tub room and the basic room. However, despite agreeing, they only refunded €70. On arrival we waited 50 minutes in the rain despite being advised by Marta that she'd only be 20 minutes. As we were cold and there was no heating on, we asked how to control this. Marta advised building regulations were that the building heating couldn't be switched on during months April to September. She offered to buy as heater, which we said yet to and low and behold the building heating came on. We don't understand all the highly positive reviews for this accommodation but perhaps most people only stop 1 night. Room was only cleaned once in the week and the whole time we had Ants in the bathroom. Service: Not good as despite promising to refund a further €40 whilst we were still at the property by bank and requesting and receiving our bank account, they refused later to refund this. Room: Very very dark room. More of a basement room as has no windows to see out of. They are up very high. Walls are very thin, we could hear everything through the walls. Spacious room but slightly damp and ants in the bathroom. Only cleaned once in 7 days Useful tips: Avoid - stay somewhere else!
